LYDIA’S DAUGHTERS – PREACHER WOMAN
join Baptist Women and CBOQ for their joint conference supporting women clergy in the CBOQ
Together with other female clergy, you’ll discuss what it means to step into a preaching call, in the many and varied ways you are each called to do that. The day includes:
- hearing stories from your sister pastors
- panel interviews
- table discussion
- personal reflection
- a special presentation by guest speaker Danielle Strickland
It’s a great opportunity to meet and deepen connections with other women serving in the CBOQ and to be encouraged and refreshed in your pastoral role.
This is a gathering of women who serve, or plan to serve, in paid pastoral roles at CBOQ churches.
You do not need to be ordained to come.
Those roles: solo pastor | lead pastor of a multi-staff church | associate pastor | children, youth and/or family pastor or director | worship pastor or director | missionary | parachurch worker | pastoral intern | chaplain | seminary or Bible college student | retired CBOQ pastor | seeking pastoral employment | professor/instructor at a Bible college or seminary
