CBWOQ Governance
On Saturday, May 4 CBWOQ will hold an Annual and Special Meeting for its membership. At this meeting, Members will be asked to vote on a number of important changes in CBWOQ’s legislation related to the new legislation of the new Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) that became law in October 2021. Below you will find the full set of files related to these changes. We recommend that you begin by reviewing the Introduction and Executive Summary.
Due to the nature of these changes and the limited time available for discussion at the AGM, the CBWOQ Board will host an online informal Information Session in advance of the Annual and Special Meeting on April 29 at 7 pm.

To attend the May 4th Member’s meeting in person or online, please register by April 23 in order to be eligible to vote. This meeting will be held in two sessions. The first session is at approximately 11:00 am and the second at approximately 3:15 pm.
