The CBWOQ Board of Directors is calling an urgent special meeting. We encourage everyone to participate.

We are seeking to present a motion to change the auditor for our 2022 year from the firm of Hogg, Shain & Scheck of Toronto, Ontario to James Herzog, CPA, CA, LPA, of Ottawa, Ontario.

Although the long-standing relationship with Hogg, Shain & Scheck has been appreciated and beneficial to our organization, the CBWOQ Board of Directors has identified that the specialized and high-quality services for Christian non-profit organizations offered by Mr. Herzog to be more advantageous and suited to our organization’s needs at this time.

We will be meeting virtually via Zoom; please use the meeting info above to join.
You may vote if you are affiliated with a CBOQ church, subscribe to the CBWOQ purpose: “to enable women to reach others for Christ”, and have registered to attend by/on November 23, 2022.
