Here’s an original prayer for this week.
It’s based on a bedtime prayer that thanks God for how He protects us while we sleep. In this version, we praise God for His protection throughout the day.
Those who make the Most High their dwelling place will stay in His overshadowing.
He alone is our refuge, our place of safety. He alone is our God and we are trusting Him.
Surely you will save us from all that wants to devour the good of our days
for You are faithful to your creation. We are your creation.
You shield us. You cover us.
Thank you.In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen.
