Have you wondered what might be involved with hosting a Soul Day or a Sacred Journey group at your church? We’d love to explore this with you!
Week 3: This week we explore the story of Abigail and how she stood up in a spirit of wisdom against destructive behavior in her family.
Week 3: This week we explore the story of Sarah and how God blessed her family despite her glaring mistakes to overcome her bareness.
Week 2: This week we explore the story of Bathsheba and how God redeemed her of the shame of sin committed against her. This devotional is a powerful reminder of how God wants to bring healing to our past hurts and experiences.
Week 1: This week we explore the redemption story of Rahab. Once a prostitute, Rahab turned to God through her act of kindness to the Israelite spies. As a result, her family was spared, Rehab went on to spend the rest of her days as part of the Israelite community and had the honor of being included in the very lineage of our Lord and Savior.
Join us for the next four weeks as we explore the lives of four remarkable women in the Bible who left a spiritual legacy and an impact on their families, communities, and nation.
Come see us at Assembly June 13-15; we would LOVE to chat! Join us for late-night appetizers and beverages at our Meet & Greet at the Chop Steakhouse on Thursday, June 13 @ 9:30 pm
On Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4, women of our CBOQ churches and beyond gathered for our annual conference and AGM. We experienced a rich, beautiful and anointed time as we explored the themes of Belonging. Becoming. Brought Back and (re)claiming these gifts. Women danced, laughed, learned, grieved, commemorated, reflected, took care of business, and so much more.
On Saturday, May 4 CBWOQ will hold an Annual and Special Meeting for its membership. At this meeting, Members will be asked to vote on a number of important changes in CBWOQ’s legislation related to the new legislation of the new Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) that became law in October 2021.
